"I just want to say how impressed we were. Matt was very informative and explained the installation of the Rinnai gas hot water cylinder. Once we had accepted the quote the very capable Tim, the plumber, proceeded to do the job. He did it very well and left no "loose ends". It was started on time and done in 2 stages so as to create least disruption for us. We are delighted with the end result. Continuous hot water is wonderful. How can we improve our service to you? "Not sure you can, possibly an upfront idea of price. However as I only got in touch via text & didn't mention anything other than we had a burst/leaking pipe then it would've been difficult to give an accurate estimate anyway. Level of service was amazing. Our problem wasn't an emergency but it still needed to be sorted and from a text on a Sunday night to fixed took less than 12 hours!" Dave - August 2018

"The charges on my invoice were incorrect but they were very easily and quickly fixed by Paul and I appreciated that. Excellent communication with Rod (always there to answer the phone), who took the time to discuss and understand the problem with my leaking tap. Plumber came the next day, on time, and could see straight away that my tap needed to be replaced – he had already picked one up on his way, and very efficiently replaced it to perfect working order. "I cannot rate this plumbing company high enough. My low pressure hot water cylinder (HWC) went belly-up and sprung a leak! Matt and Rod from the customer services team explained the various options and helped make my choice for a new HWC a lot easier.
